Pete Olson (TX-22) today voted once again to immediately authorize construction of the Keystone XL Pipeline, which would help North American oil flow to our refineries in Texas.  The House and Senate have passed identical measures to approve the pipeline. The President must sign the bill. The bill passed the House by a vote of 270 – 152.
