SUGAR LAND, TX– Rep. Pete Olson (TX-22) today announced that Ryan Shaw of Alvin, TX has received an appointment to the U.S. Naval Academy for the fall of 2018. Shaw is a senior at Alvin High School, where he is a member of the robotics club and swimming and water polo teams. He is a Boy Scout, Sea Scout and participates in the U.S. Navy SeaPerch program.
