Rep. Pete Olson (TX-22) today announced that Tim Chou Jr. of Missouri City, TX has received an appointment to the U.S. Military Academy at West Point for the fall of 2016. Chou is a freshman at Baylor University, a graduate of Hightower High School and a TX-22 resident. He is currently a Cadet Private in the Army ROTC and a member of the Army ROTC Color Guard.
