Olson Admonishes Court Ruling on Net Neutrality

Rep. Pete Olson (TX-22) today issued the following statement in response to the D.C. Circuit Court opinion on the Federal Communications Commission’s Net Neutrality rules:
“Today’s ruling is both disappointing and problematic. This decision supports a heavy handed government intervention that will sap the innovation potential of the Internet. While the court handed government regulations a win, the big losers are consumers and job creation. I am confident this ruling will be appealed and remain hopeful that sanity will prevail from a higher court.”
